Ube Spanish bread is a popular Filipino bakery treat, originally adapted from Spanish-influenced pan dulce, but given a unique local twist – purple yam (ube). The bread is soft, fluffy, and lightly sweet, while the ube filling offers a rich, earthy sweetness with nutty and vanilla hints. SERVING SUGGESTION
