Ube cinnamon rolls are a Filipino twist on a classic favourite. Soft , fluffy cinnamon rolls are flavoured with the characteristic notes of Filipino purple yam (ube).
Each roll is made by hand with a generous swirl of authentic ube halaya (purple yam jam), buttery brown sugar and warm cinnamon, then finished with a smooth, creamy ube cream cheese frosting.
The result is a beautifully soft, indulgent treat with a delicate sweetness. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon coffee, sharing with loved ones or simply treating yourself!
